Our Institute of Education programmes cover the spectrum of Graduate and Postgraduate professional education pathways in Education. We are now seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Speech-Language Pathology.
To be successful in appointment you will have teaching and research experience, especially in Speech-Language Pathology and preferably within a university or other tertiary teaching environment. You will be expected to serve as academic programme leader for a fixed term, to (i) coordinate the academic responsibilities for speech-language pathology programmes; (ii) collaborate closely with the clinical programmes coordinator. You will join our forward-thinking, research led Speech-Language Therapy program, possessing a relevant qualifying degree in speech-language therapy and have eligibility for registration with the New Zealand Speech-Language Therapists' Association. You will contribute to both academic and clinical aspects of the program and develop an active research program relevant to speech-language therapy.

You will possess a relevant Doctoral degree in a topic related to Adult Neurogenic Communication Disorders and an appropriate record of research and publications. You will either be a registered member of the NZSTA or eligible for membership.
