Austill's has been providing high-quality PEDIATRIC SCHOOL-BASED occupational, physical and speech therapy services for over 35 years! Our ‘therapist first’ approach helps our therapists create their DREAM JOB by developing a caseload and schedule that works for them! This combined with the guidance from our Educational Therapy Managers and clinical support from our peer mentor program makes Austill’s a great place to work and grow as a clinician.
We have immediate openings for exceptional Speech-Language Pathologists to work 5 days a week in school districts in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties and with preschool students in Delaware County!
Evaluations, reevaluations & ongoing direct therapy with students in grades K-12
Possible case management may be required
Consultation with teachers, other therapists, support staff and families to facilitate classroom participation
Documentation requirements include data collection, marking period progress updates, yearly IEP revisions including updated goals and treatment strategies
Attendance at IEP meetings is required
Some travel required throughout the school day
Graduate of an approved Speech-Language Pathology Program
Current state license as required
All therapists working greater than 15 billable hours per week on the average need to create an LLC (Limited Liability Company) or DBA "fictitious name"

We provide physical and occupational therapies, and speech language pathology services to children from birth through age 21 years in our pediatric outpatient centers. We have over twenty five locations, where we work one-on-one with children and their family members, in settings that have a strong focus on play. In addition to our outpatient locations, we have therapists who provide services to children in their schools and homes, with our Contract Services Division. Opportunities are available in preschools, private and public schools, and with early intervention programs.
